Do you mean these people? http://www.ifslearning.com/ If so, they're perfectly reputable. They're the learning and qualifications arm of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, which is the professional organization for a large chunk of the retail financial services industry in the UK. However, unless retail financial services really turns you on, they're somewhat unlikely to have any interest to you. Angela
