What does the Excelsior transcript show?

Greetings,
I looked around and didn't see the answer.
What does the Excelsior transcript show for their own exams? Are they shown as "exam"? Or is it like course number, title, and hours?

What I still didn't see (and am still looking for) was the answer to the question "does the Excelsior exam show on the transcript as "exam"?".

Yes, it does clearly state that it is an exam.
