A new 'list' of diploma mills

Came across the following today:

Page was created on the 12th July, so is fairly new. Does anyone know the creator?

I ran a visual trace on the url, but it comes up as having no registration information. Due to the nature of a Wiki site the author could be anyone.

 

Not real thorough. Some of the biggies are missing.

The tone is rather sympathetic to SRU and contains a fair amount of prose found in standard defenses of SRU.

First, I am happy that CCU is not listed. Secondly, Harvard University for External Studies is listed. Is that the same as this Harvard ?
