Recommendation Letter for Distance Learner

I wonder whether the faculty of Distance Learning Institutions are willing to send the letter to countries other than US, in my case, Hong Kong.

 

Hi - I think faculty from any US school would be willing to send letters of recommendations to countries other than the U.S. Our students often request letters of recommendation from the faculty. We have both international students and faculty so sometimes faculty from outside the US are sending it to the US and sometimes US faculty are sending it outside the US.
