Jack Tracey: Thank you also for responding. I was wrong about the Weisman article being on this site, but you can find it by doing a google search for IUGS and accessing an article from the Chronicle dated 6/25/04, entitled "Psst--Wanna Buy a Ph.D.?" Unfortuately, it doesn't get better beyond the title.
