Inexpensive M.A. at Johnson Bible College

    If anyone is interesed in a relatively inexpensive M.A. in New Testament (with a few different concentrations), then you might want to check out www.jbc.edu/mastersnt

    JBC's program is the least expensive regionally accredited distance learning Bible/Theology graduate degree that I've found anywhere.

    The costs listed are indeed very reasonable, but the required three campus visits could jack-up the total cost quite dramatically, depending where you live.

    Bruce,

    You're right -- the three campus visits could definitely add up if one lived a long way from Knoxville. One good thing that I've learned from talking to a few graduates of the program is that two of the required on-campus visits can usually be combined into one, reducing the total to two times a student must come to campus. Every little bit helps!

    That's what I did. I graduated with the M.A. in New Testament and Preaching in 1997.
