    Does anyone know anything about this school? Is it a government--recognized school?

    Absolutely. My brother worked there for about 10 years (before moving to Westminster). It's a former Poly (and one of the better ones).

    They seem to offer research degrees by "flexible learning"; I'm not sure if that means completely DL or not.
