Transfer of "C- " grades to Excelsior?

I was reading info on Excelsior's grade policy and found that they only grade A, B, C, D and no pluses or minuses. Would this mean that I could transfer courses with a C- from a previous college, and Excelsior would count them as a C grade for courses that require a minimum of a C for degree requirements? Any insight on this would be helpful! Thanks!

Oklahoma, Troy State, Indiana U, and Excelsior took my transfer credit at one time or another. all transferred in only the letter grade, not the plus or minus.

All letter grades are subjective and silly. Giuve me a performance standard anyday: finish these requirments adequaty and get the credit.

    84 at BYU is a C
    80 at Oklahoma is a B
I need to tranfer BYU credit to OU, what happens?
OU only takes Bs in grad school transfers. What if I get an 83?

    I miss Excelsior!
