Special Education tests for college credit

Hi , I know I have asked this question before. My husband needs to have an additional 18 semester hours in Special Education to qualify for some employment situations. Has anyone heard of any school that offers this opportunity? He has worked with alternative education for two years and is 1/2 way through a graduate program in Education. Thanks for ANY ideas.
