It appears to be a one-man show, run by an Oriental Orthodox priest named DeLuca. There is a relationship with one of the universities in Sofia (I forget which one), but I got the feeling that they do not know how little there is to the operation stateside. Fr DeLuca is an exceedingly voluble fellow given to pledges of secrecy and "act now or forever weep in gloom" sales pitches. Is the school legit? I'm not sure that it is. I'm sure that Fr DeLuca makes me nervous. I also never got a clear answer as to why an Oriental Orthodox school would hook up with an Eastern Orthodox school.
