Almost certainly not. Just as I, as a university employee can't ask my departmental administrator to be a proctor. Most of the programmes I've looked at specifically forbid the use of colleagues as proctors, for fairly obvious reasons. Have you also looked at the Ohio University Hong Kong programmes? They offer a BA in Psychology. http://www.ohiou.edu/hk/ Angela
Hong Hong Examinations and Assessment Authority (formerly known as Hong Kong Examinations Authority) is quite willing to invigilate overseas examinations in Hong Kong with a moderate fee. You may contact Overseas and Professional Examinations Division of the Authority. Its web site is http://www.hkeaa.edu.hk
Re: Re: Re: Proctored Exam You can ask the HKEAA to invigilate your overseas examinations to be conducted in Hong Kong, e.g. CLEP, exam. of correspondence courses of overseas universities, overseas professional examinations, etc. You may phone the Overseas and Professional Examinations Division of the HKEAA to check the details. HKEAA has a long history to arrange and invigilate overseas examinations in Hong Kong. Even though you are just the one to attend a particular exam., the arrangement can be made by the HKEAA provided that the overseas universities/authorities agree to it. HKEAA is a government-funded organisation and its independence is generally accepted by overseas examination authorities. You may refer to the HKEAA's web site which lists down various overseas examinations it has arranged in recent years.
