Japanese univ./college DL courses/programs

Hello All,

I am looking for DL courses or programs (at Japanese universities and colleges), in which the language of instruction is Japanese and which are available to students living OUTSIDE of Japan. Particular topics of interest are history, accounting, business or food science/nutrition.

From having lived in Japan, I am familiar with the "University of the Air" and Nihon University as well-known providers of DL. But as of 1996 their courses were not available to overseas learners.

I note in Bears' Guide that Rikkyo University, founded by Americans in Tokyo in the 1890s, and taken over by the Japanese in the 1920s, seems to have such programs. www.rikkyo.ac.jp
