Where do most DL colleges get their staff ? Is there a board, like the chronicle of education one, for DL tutors?
They advertise regularly for positions at Chronicle of Higher Education career page and Higher Ed Jobs website
I think more and more are using adjuncts all over the country. With online courses it doesn't matter where the faculty are located, just so they can be online regularly. You are usually set up with the college email system to receive and send emails; or the email system is integrated into the Course Management System.
