At the Macarther Uni website <www.macarther.net> it has an 'Alumni' tab. States here that they had an Annual Meeting in Miami, Florida which was covered by the 'Herald'. Assuming this referred to 'Miami Herald' I visited their website and searched the archives back to 1998 without locating any mention of 'Macarther'. Is there anyone who's aware of an alternative 'Herald' publication in Miami?
