To whom it may concern,

We invite you to submit your paper to the International Conference on eLearning for Knowledge-based Society to be held on 4-5 August 2004, Shangri La Hotel, Bangkok Thailand.

The objectives of this conference are:
- To share knowledge and advance in eLearning;
- To build networks of professionals, researchers, educators and policy-makers practicing eLearning;
- To expand the opportunity for knowledge interchange;
- To facilitate knowledge-sharing for ongoing initiatives;
- To build repositories of current practices and lessons learned;
- To provide sustainability through launching a permanent regional eLearning portal.

The themes of the conference are:
- Cultivating eLearning professionals,
- Content development,
- Usability and efficiency of eLearning, and
- Delivering eLearning through technology

The deadline for submitting abstract is 30 June 2004. Authors will be notified about decisions regarding their abstract submission by July 7,
2004. The final copy of full paper (not more than 3,000 words) is due to be submitted by 15 July 2004.
