It is absolutely legitimate and trustworthy. Several contributors in this forum also earned their degrees from Excelsior College.
Certainly legitimate. More importantly, it lays out everything that you need to do to earn a degree quickly. It is possible, should the stars and test dates align, to be able to earn that bachelor's degree in the manner in which Lawrie Miller describes. Best of luck! Tom Nixon
