OECD/UNESCO Database of recognised higher ed providers

I note that a joint UNESCO/OECD project is going to create an online database of recongised higher education providers. This is a good step in the right direction, however it probably won't be long before the likes of the WAUC etc create their own to confuse the marketplace even more.
