It looks like a static page for the Romanian operation, however there have been many offshoots of this created, so it is difficult to know. A cursory glance through the HTML code does not reveal a submission e-mail either. Cheers, George
The very little investigation that I've done on the hundreds of email spam for diploma mills is that they're all the Romanian operation with what I thought was the possible exception of one email. Has anyone done more investigation to try and figure out if any other degree mills are typically using massive email spam?
