Western Illinois University - Board of Trustee's BA Program

    Does anyone have information about Western Illinois University's Board of Trustee's BA Program? Their tuition rates are much lower than, say, Charter Oak or TESC, and they also accept Portfolio Assessment and/or proficiency exams.

    Graduated April '96 and based on my experience, I recommend the program without reservation.
