Hi. There is an administrator in a school district that claims that they earned a Doctorate in Education from a St. George University. However, when I did a google search -- the only thing that comes up for a St. George is St. George University International: http://www.stgeorgeuniversity.edu There is a medical school known as St. George's University http://www.stgeorgesuniv.edu/ The only conclusion that I can come to is that this administrator has bought/purchased a degree from the St. George University International. The medical school doesn't offer Doctoral degrees in Education. What should I do in this situation? Does anyone know of a University that is legitimate (accredited) by the name of St. George? Please let me know. Thanks.
Gotta be ;egit, as it says right on the front page (after the flash intro): How much better can you do then that? 12 doctoratees 7 masters 9 bachelors No faculty? A record or what?
The St George's in SKN is not legit as a university under Kittitian law, but only as a company. There is an accreditation process in SKN (whatever one may think of it); this outfit has not bothered with it. The St George's in Grenada appears legit. But no EdD. Your guess is as good as mine.
This university is not listed in the UNESCO book and does not have GAAP recognition. It seems to have a similar administrative process as Bircham International University (which is also not a recognized school).
