Hello, Is there any PHD program in education that can be started prior to the completion of a masters program. My husband is 1/2 way through a Masters in Education. He will complete that program in April of 2005. Thanks. Hille
Many doctoral programs will allow one to enter with just an undergrad degree. The student has to complete more credits than one with a Master's degree, of course, and the school may even award a Master's degree along the way. I believe that Capella University will allow someone w/o a graduate degree to enroll in their doctoral programs.
