Low-interest, non-government student loans

Does anyone know of any low-interest, non-federal gov., student loans?

 

For whatever it's worth, our middlest daughter, who starts an RN program at Oregon Health Sciences University in June, is using a home equity line of credit loan, currently at 4.85%.

That is funny you should say that, because I just applied for my credit line and close on the deal today. I plan to use it as an emergency back-up plan for completing my degree at Indiana State University.
