    Hi,

Well, I've decided to take the GED test (even though I already have an associate's degree.) Has anyone here taken the test before, and if so, how difficult was the math section?

    Thanks so much,

    Sara

    Sara,

I just want to know why you want to take GED even though you already received Associate degree?

    Tekman,

I'm taking it because I was homeschooled and I think I may need it in the future for employment/college.

    Thanks,

    Sara

Well, I was homeschooled from 1st grade all the way to 12th grade. I took the test and dont remember having much problem with it. I wouldn't say it was very difficult, just mildly. Although, I can't rember what was on it, since I took the entrance exam to the Community College I attended right after the GED, so I get the two tests mixed up (the entrance exam math was much harder). I did score in the top 2% on the GED, so that was pretty cool :).

I'd say if you haven't done alot of low-level math in awhile you may get tripped up a little, but I'm sure you'd pass with little problems. Good luck!
