Fact checking? On 12-29-03 CB Kent posted the following link: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/calbar/pdfs/admissions/Statistics/JULY2003STATS.PDF Which shows Concord at a 25% pass rate. Today’s New York Times says Concord has a 50% rate (link posted by Oxpecker) http://www.nytimes.com/2004/04/25/edlife/EDSOCRAT.html?pagewanted=print&position= April 25, 2004 New York Times,Forget Socrates, By ADAM LIPTAK In 2003, 14 students from Concord's first graduating class sat for the California bar exam, and seven passed. check this site out Concord has one of the lower pass rates. http://www.degreeinfo.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11176&highlight=Concord

See http://www.calbar.ca.gov/calbar/pdfs/admissions/Statistics/FEB2003STATS.PDF If you want to "fact check" you need only visit the calbar web site for pass rates by school.
I have heard that Concorde has a higher rate of passing the bar on the first attempt than a lot of other Universites. It is too bad that they are not that well accepted. Does anyone know of any DA or Public Defender that graduated from Concord Law School?
