Accredited Reformed Theological Undergraduate Schools?

Hi Everyone. My brother is looking for an accredited theological/bible college (RA or NA) that teaches from the reformed position, entirely DL and preferably inexpensive. Too much to ask? I know several schools that offer affordable programs but they all take the dispensational point of view. He may be willing to go the UA route if absolutely necessary IF the school is very reputable and has wide recognition. Any ideas?
