International Careers Academy (connected with the Lexington University) has completely ripped off the NA Professional Career Development Institute (PCDI) website.

    http://international-career-academy.com/ (The Phony)

    http://www.pcdi.com (The REAL one)

ICA even ripped off a picture of a woman holding a James Madison High School diploma!!!! (James Madison High School is part of PCDI.)

    How ridiculous.

Yeah, even the graphics are the same. I don't seem to understand why can't people come up with an original website even if they want to give out fake degrees... very short-sighted! Then again, running a diploma mill (or buying a degree from one) is too.

PCDI must read Degreeinfo, because they have already switched to a different page that shows two people in red caps and gowns holding rolled up diplomas. Maybe it's an earlier version of their page that they had saved.

I think that Galanga has found a number of examples of phony schools ripping off text and graphics from legitimate university websites. If a phony school's website pictures idyllic campus scenes, it's almost certainly somebody else's campus.

The Rumanian group used a page from an old Open University site for a more dubious purpose. The site carried a list of genuine colleges to which they added their own. Although ot was on a different server the lnks to the OU were left in plabce so it looked like an official site. Something simialr is used for these 'please confirm your account details' spams
