Vermont may tighten requirements for postsecondary schools

    The Vermont House and Sentate have passed a bill that tightens the requirements for postsecondary schools. If I read it right, the requirements apply to schools that advertise in Vermont as well as those that are actually located in Vermont.

    It's up to Governor Dean to sign it or not.
