    Hi everyone:

I am conducting a survey on certain traits of people in the distance learning community for a paper I 'm doing. The survey is on-line and I would really appreciate it if as many of you on Degreeinfo who are involved or have been involved in distance learning classes took ten minutes to participate.

The survey can be taken at:

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Nice survey. Some of the bottom buttons don't work and questions 20 and 21 are the same. :)

Question 11 about classes on the ground was somewhat misleading. Several of my courses have required a 3-day on site seminar to start the course, but the bulk of the course was done on-line. The next course (after this semester) will require 2-days in the middle of the course, the rest being on-line.

    Hi again everyone!

For those of you who have not participated in my distance learning survey as of yet I would certainly appreciate your feedback.

To all of you who have so graciously provided me with suggestions and input - Thank you!

At the end of the survey (If I get enough replies so that it will be significant) I will share the data with DegreeInfo members.

    Thanks again,

Have everyone take the survey under three different names and you should get there. That's how we vote in New York and it works.

We're getting close to the mark!

I can't express my gratitude enough to all of you who have taken time to do the survey already! New York sounds like it has a very efficient voting process!

    Cheers,

As of this morning I am short about twenty responses to the survey. If anyone has not participated yet I would like to extend the invitation to do so!

    Thanks all!

    survey

I am new to the forum but just completed my BA in Criminal Justice at Myers University in Cleveland (mostly online). I am starting University of Cincinnati's Master's in Criminal Justice distance learning program in June. Good luck with the survey!

    Re: survey

    Mike:

Thanks for your input. Please let us know how you like Cincinnati's program. I have heard a lot of good things about it.

    Well everyone,

I have finally got a fair sized sample and am going to go ahead and plug it all into SPSS. If anyone is still interested in contributing to the survey please go ahead since more data will NEVER hurt! To all of you who helped out a big thanks. I will post my results to the board over te next few weeks if anyone is interested.
