I applied to be an online instructor

    Hey, I just thought I'd tell you all that I applied to be an online instructor with Sullivan College just to see what would happen.

    There was an ad this past Sunday. They are looking for an RN with a minimum of 3 years OR experience to teach on line in their Surgical Technologiest program. The ad didn't stipulate a bachelor's or master's degree, just a thorough knowledge of surgery to teach theory on line. So, I thought maybe I'd get lucky and get my foot in the door teaching. Who knows, maybe they'll hire me! I'd sure love to do it. Since I can scrub about any surgery with my eyes closed I thought I'd give it a whirl.

    Good luck with the teaching job. Your experience in OR and your knowledge of distance learning should make you extremely quaified for the job.
