San Jose State Off-Campus MBA

Any thoughts on San Jose State's offsite MBA program. It is quite a bit more expensive than the on-site program (20K offsite, 10K on site), and it takes only about 4 months less than the on-site program. Any opinons? Anyone actually go through either program?

It isn't really DL, is it? As described in those ubiquitous newsrack brochures, it still requires that one physically attend class, albeit at off-campus Silicon Valley sites.
