Graduate Admissions with USNY BSCS question

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with graduate admissions (Master's/PhD) with a degree from USNY (or the other top 2 credit bank style schools) without having to submit transcripts from every single school attended? Meaning admissions based on transcript from USNY alone showing the aggregate credits?

There were schools about 7 years ago where I did really bad and even got suspended more than once. I simply do not want to show those transcripts, because I am sure it will be a stumbling block in admissions. However my aggregate, taken altogether is not terribly bad (GPA 2.7 overall and major)

I'd REALLY appreciate people helping me out on this.
