I applied a few weeks ago at Troy State, and hadnt heard anything. So I called them and the person said they hadnt received a consent form. So I filled it out and sent it along. Still didnt hear anything. So I called again, and they said they got it, and I should have received my instructions for registering for classes. I told them I have not, they said they would resend. That was 3 days ago, and still nothing. So what in theory is my next step? I guess you dont receive anything by regular mail from them saying you were admitted, so do I continue to play phone and email tag, or should I just be patient and assume they will send me something when its closer to the next term???

It is not too late to register for this term (term IV). Call them and tell them you want to register THIS term and fax them your registration form (which is on one of the webpages I forgot where). They should be able to process your registration and get you started. Do you know which classes you want to start with?

Well, I was figuring on getting my gen ed classes out of the way. I got access to the web express registration module, and can see the classes. Do you select TDL Troy Distance Learning for the location? Because I was searching for English courses and none were found... I'm not sure if I really want to take classes this term, I am only half way through my semester at comm. college, and that kind of ties me up...

You need to search in FD1 not TDL. FD1 is Florida Distance Learning while TDL is Troy Distance Learning (as in Troy Alabama which has graduate level courses).

    Hope this helps,
