European e-learning website updated

A long overdue update to the EU e-learning website had appeared.

Not entirely geared to third level qualifications it does present some quite interesting information.

A link to the e-learning initiatives of major European Universities is included on the right hand side of the page.

I know ICDL is no longer updating its database, perhaps this will fill the gap.

There are only 5 pages of Universities listed now, but I hope it grows to a more comprehensive database.
