Lovely University This is an Indian institution that claims to be authorized to grant degrees "Under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act and under the act of State Legislature ..." I don't know if it's legitimate or not. But I think the name is "lovely."
I think the name Lowly Institute would suit them better. I remember last year and before that they had partnered with www.ptuonline.com. Now they have their own web-site. I would stay away from this lowly institue.
