I finally convinced my husband that he needs to complete his undergrad degree. He is a faciltator/trainer and has his own consulting company. His primary areas is adult learning in soft skills training primarily customer service, workforce diversity and professional development. He also develops and teaches technical material. He just landed a large project with a major bank where we live to assist in developing and training their employees on the ONYX banking system.

I hope I have the lanaguge correct and hopefully, people in this field know what I'm trying to articulate.

He would like to know which schools offer online undergraduate degrees in adult learning/education, instructional design or training and development. We have seen programs
in project management, but I'm not sure if he wants his degree in this area, although this is one of the services he offers as a consultant. He could go the Business Administration with a minor in Customer Service route at University of Maryland University College if he has too, but he wanted something more tailored to his interests.

    Thank you for your help!!!

It's difficult, in my opinion, to get as focused as your huband wants at the B.S. level. However, this might be of interest to him, as it at least addresses some of his items at the upper division level. Also they have a more focused M.A. program under the moniker of M.L.S. Ternahan.
