KEPA (Cyprus) Degrees in TESOL

Hello all Forum members,

Anyone around here familiar with the KEPA organization and their degree granting authority: (http://www.kepa.org.uk/). Apparently, they are a UK organization in Cyprus? Anyone know how legitimate their standing is in the TESOL world? They seem to offer BA, MA and EdD online, but I am not sure of their utility in the ELT world--based on whether they are accredited or not. Any comments from experienced people on this matter? The person in charge is linked to Fairfax University.
