I wonder what might come of the part about "credentials and online academic degrees"...and will my little corner of the Fed (USDA, FSIS) use it?
Ron, OPM, GSA, USDA, and others have on-line "Universities" or actual credit bearing courses. My push has been to get these courses evaluated at least by ACE in the instance where actual academic credit is not provided. With all the CEUs, CLPs, and other acronyms the various courses we are required to take have attached it would be nice to be able to put them to use. Secondly, I believe that you will eventually see more academic offerings for two reasons: 1. Cost 2. What better way to ensure accreditation.
