Thomas Edison State College's Examination Progam tests (TECEP) have not curried muuch discussion here. They are more expensive for those outsied of New Jersey and unlike the competition are pass/fail. But they offer some unique options. Until recent months, if you missed the scheduled window of roughly a month. you were out several hundred dollars, too! ***Now, however, for only a $50 fee, you can have your exam rescheduled.*** This makes the money much bette spent - just in case your plans don't work out. And for those of you ouside the US, do know that these are always pencil and pen on paper exams - no computer hassles involved.
