I was reviewing Charter Oak's Admissions page. Matriculation is now over $1100. One thing I am unclear about - Do yo uhave to matriculate BEFORE you hit 90 credits? Ie, can you get 100 or more credits then matriculate there? Thanks TomC
My experience I matriculated (HATE that word) with 143 credits. I don't think it matters. If you fill out that fafsa, institutional funds may (MAY) help with that fee.
