    Interesting

Does this mean that NCU is now a title 4 school? As part of the ongoing demonstration program, I wonder if they will have to conform to the semester/quarter standard for fin aid.
I had considered them until I found out that they didn't offer fin aid at all.
I have NOT been AT ALL that interested in the original "Demonstration project" From what I could see, and in its effect upon my academic life, it meant that living expenses would not be considered in the COA of these schools. I have attended Piedmont Community technical college and Asheville-Buncombe Technical college, but for two courses on campus at ABtech, completely at a distance. I received full pells and full staffords.
Some of us are not full time workers hoping to slide up some payscale with a DL degree, many of us are po folks (in my case, disabled po' folks) with small jobs and families and rely of that fin aid to help by allowing us to drop a part tinme job or two to study full time. Not considering DL full-time students for full-time aid is just another way the systme punishes the "dodge" of DL learning. I hope that NCU brings these matters to the table when developing their new student fin aid program.
Now that this situation may change, I am seriously considering a psych doctoral degree there.

    Interesting post, thanks.

My understanding is that they are working on the Title IV changes. I am not sure what the effect will be in their learning methodology. I would recommend you contact them directly. If you surf around on the ED site you will come across other programs that may fit your circumstances. Also, check out:

    Don't be cruel... thankyouverymuch

Upon perusing the Ed website I saw an interesting school...

How about Graceland University. What a great diploma to hang on your wall, especially if you're from memphis!
They have a Bachelors in addiction studies that will now have Dept of Ed title IV fin aid approval. Might be interesting to some of these folks who have asked about counseling oriented degrees.

    I... have left the building.
