    Was denied accreditation for a doctoral program. Reasons cited were:

    These areas seem to reflect where Touro got in trouble. Does anyone think a pattern may be developing here? I also find it instructive that APUS chose to move from SACS region to the NCA's.

    It appears that both SACS and MSACHE endorse nontraditional doctorates programs but are fastidious, inflexible, and less genial with accreditation of colleges that run DL doctorate programs. This may explain why colleges in these two jurisdictions experience difficulties when they seek to secure/renew RA if they operate 100% DL doctorate programs. NCA on the other hand treats 100% DL doctorate with more amicability. Yes, you may be right about TUI and APUS.
