Has anyone used CLEP/DANTES/ECE credits to obtain a 3 yr Canadian BA ? Are they a quicker way to get a BA on a resume ignoring the fact they're 3 yr vs a US 4 yr ? thanks
Canadian BA from which College/University ? which one are you interested in ? Most (if not all) institutions in Canada do not accept CLEP/DANTES for credit.
It was a general question. I plan to test out of a AA and wondered if I could take that to a 3yr Canadian BA
it depends The only University that accepts some CLEP only is Athabasca University. If you have a completed AA or AS you may be able to transfer that to a Canadian BA but it will be better to check with the institution you want to transfer it to. So if you want to transfer CLEP/DANTES/ECE exam credits only (that is without completing AA or AS), it might work at Athabasca (how many credits would transfer is another concern) but not at others. Last I checked with some local colleges/Universities they dont even know what CLEP/DANTES/ECE is.
