Hi Hille - I thought that PONSI became simply the ACE Credit Recommendation Service - I recall (perhaps incorrectly) in the early years it was always ACE/PONSI. The library may have a copy of the guide, published annually, under the credit recommendation name - if in fact memory serves. Best, Mary
