Does anyone know of a school with a Mechanical Engineering program similar to Century University? I'm pretty sure Century's tuition will increase once they're DETC accredited and I'd like to look into a backup school. (100% DL)

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Also, does anyone have an idea of how much the tuition typically increases (quantitatively) and how long after accreditation this tuition increase should be expected?

    Greetings.

If you're really, really, sure that DETC accreditation is good enough for you & your engineering degree, you may wish to visit http://www.cnuas.edu/.

If you come to your senses <g>, and if you've cash to burn (or not, depending upon your location), and if you're willing to "vacation" in North Dakota, you may wish to visit http://gocubs.conted.und.nodak.edu/dist_engr/.

Note that neither of the above links should be construed as a recommendation: I am merely bringing both schools to your attention.

    Good luck!

    Cordially,
