I have a friend that is a perrenial student with many degrees and a masters, all are relatively unrelated to each other. She is currently looking for 3 geography classes that she can't get through the university because they are only given during the day when she is at work. I have tried using the DistanceLearn program from Excelsior to help her find these classes DL but no luck. She needs an Elements of Cartography class, Georgraphical Research class, and Quantitative Techiques in Geography class. I've gotten pretty good at looking for things but have struck out for her on these three classes. Can anyone help?
Why do you take a look at the following to see if they may have what you are looking for: www.siu.edu Southern Illinois University Carbondale www.uoregon.edu University of Oregon * Both have DL or Continuing Education departments with various Geology and Geography courses via print and/or web. I am taking GEOL & GEOG courses from both, hope this helps! Cheers! JAY
