Is there anyone on here that can tell me about Western Governor's Objective Exams and Performance Tasks... How long do the exams take and what is the format like for them?

    Hi UofL fan,

I'm a recent graduated from WGU with a BSCIS. You can run a search on this forum with the keyword "WGU", "Western Governors" or "Mauditt" to read some of my feedback.
Very quickly, WGU is competency based, meaning you should already be quite familiar with most of the subject matter. Exams are taken on a PC at a testing center near your home or work, and last anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours. They were mostly multiple choice questions, but can contain sections where you are required to write.
You will also be required to submit a few written papers and at least one Capstone project to demonstrate competency. The written assignments and projects can be quite challenging.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
