    Hello Everyone!

I am trying to apply for Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Techology with Excelsior College. I realized that it is hard to contact the Customer Service, Counselor. Would you please give me some opinion about this college, so I can determine my plans.

    Thank you very much.

I've never had any problems with Excelsior's toll-free number.

It's a better idea to interact with one's advisors by e-mail than by telephone. Most of your questions will be of the form "Will course X meet requirement Y?" If they say yes, you'll want a transcript of what was said in case problems should arise, won't you?

I've had no problems with excelsior once enrolled. I really haven't needed much from them though. It's harder to get good information if you're not enrolled; my personal experience would make me say it's nearly impossible to talk to a academic advisor before being enrolled. But once enrolled, their first question is always "what is your SS#" and then they look up my file and are very helpful.

Before I was a student, I remember being on hold a long time, several times. Now that I am enrolled, I can get through in no time.
