The turn-key thing was first noted by George Brown on 21 May 2003, and was noted as recently as yesterday by Chris. In between, Knightsbridge University's proprietor, Henrik Fyrst Kristensen, was asked about the turn-key offer, and said that so far he'd had no customers for it.
