    Hello all,
While I know it does not offer any college credit (yet), I ran across an interesting DL opportunity:
    “Savings Bond University” at
    http://www.publicdebt.treas.gov/sav/sbumain.htm

“Savings Bond University offers 11 courses, designed to teach you how to handle most savings bond transactions. Once you've enrolled, you'll have 6 months to complete all the modules. Each module consists of 10 to 30 screens. You'll be asked to take a 10-question quiz at the end of each module. If you answer at least 8 out of 10 questions correctly, you'll receive credit for completing the course.”
“After you've successfully completed all 11 courses, you'll receive an online diploma, certifying that you've graduated from Savings Bond University. Simply print your diploma and keep a copy for your records. You may also want to print a copy to share with your supervisor or training coordinator.”
Much like the FEMA EMA courses this is a good way to learn about cool stuff our government does…

p.s. I’m not a newbie, I’ve been around for a long time but I found that my account no longer allows me to post so I’m back under this ID.
