I am currently attending a local business and tech. school in pikeville, ky (national college of business and technology). I will be completing my AS Computer Application Technology degree soon, and I am looking fo a good DL school that offers a degree completion so I can earn my 4 year degree.

My current school is N/A by the ACICS. I have found two schools that are appealing to me so far ITT-Tech, and Colorado Technical University.

I haven't checked into WGU yet, thanks for the info on them(I'm kinda new to the distance learning thing and don't really know much about it)... I know ITT-Tech is also N/A that's why i was considering there. Also on the Colorado Tech site it says the following "Under this program, students who have earned an Associate Degree at an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education may be accepted for block transfer into the Bachelor's (BSBA) in IT online degree program and apply their credits toward their bachelor degree requirements." So thats why I was considering them, but I will look further into it by contacting them and I will put alot of research into WGU also.

    Indiana State University

Indiana State University (ISU) is a good school for distance computer technology. They are regionally accredited and a state sponsored school. They offer classes to students internationally.
I'm currently in the Electronics Technology program and find that ISU is an excellent way to advance my career as a full-time employed worker. The program is excellent for those who travel. The courses are offered by the web, correspondance, satelite link, or video tape. Video tapes of classes can be order if you miss a satelite class. Take a class in your PJ's and enjoy learning!

I'm about to start CTU's MS program in February. Their BS looks interesting because of the certificates that are earned. CTU is also an RA school.

If you have a 2 year degree or credits you'll enter as a Junior.
    http://www.ctuonline.edu/main/degreeprograms/bsba_it.asp

    The program:
    15 Months,
    180 Credits
    5 Quarters
    Program Tuition $20,450
    Tuition per Quarter $4090.00
    Course Material $1500.00
    Application Fee $50.00
    Administration Fee $125.00
    Total $22125.00

This is still cheaper than AIU but 2 months longer for the BS program. AIU has also changed their BIT to specialize in network administration, programming or computer systems.

    Hope this helps :)

    Re: Indiana State University

I dont see ISU offers any CIS or CS degree. Business Administration, Electronics Tech degrees are offered but no CIS/CS
